摘要
本文以水为溶剂、饱和硫酸钠水溶液为凝固浴,制备明胶纤维。通过对明胶溶液的流变性分析,确定了纺丝原液的浓度和纺丝温度等工艺参数,在纺丝原液浓度为40%,原液温度为60℃,凝固浴温度为40℃时,明胶溶液具有良好的可纺性。以戊二醛水溶液作为交联剂对明胶纤维进行改性,显著改善其耐热水性和热稳定性等性能。采用FTIR、SEM、DSC及TG等对明胶纤维相关结构与性能进行表征,结果表明:戊二醛能够使明胶纤维发生交联,纤维结构较为致密,熔点及热稳定性提高。
In this article, gelatin fibers were prepared by using deionized water as the solvent and saturated sodium sulfate aqueous solution as the coagulation bath. The investigations on the rheological properties of the gelatin solution indicate that gelatin solution has good spinnability when the concentration of spinning dope is 40% and the temperature of the spinning dope and the coagulation bath is 60 oC and 40oC respectively. Glutaraldehyde was used for cross-linking gelatin fibers to improve their hot water resistance and thermal stability. FTIR, SEM, DSC and TG were adopted to characterize the structure and properties of the gelatin fibers. The results show that glutaraldehyde can cross-link the fibers, and the fibers have denserstructure, increased melting point and improved thermal stability.
