血液白细胞介素-8表达对哮喘儿童个体化治疗的参考价值

The reference value of interleukin-8 expression in blood to individualized treatment of children with asthma

目的探讨血液IL-8表达对哮喘儿童个体化治疗的参考价值。方法选择2015年4月-2016年4月住院的哮喘急性发作患儿,采用双色球随机分组法分为常规组和观察组,各60例,检测不同治疗时间、不同哮喘程度、疗效血液中IL-8水平。结果随着发作程度加重,血液中IL-8浓度显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);血液中IL-8水平与发作程度呈正相关(r=0.80,P<0.01);2组治疗前、治疗后第1周、第2周、第4周及第8周IL-8浓度差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组在第4周血液中IL-8浓度下降明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);第8周后下降最明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);与治疗时间呈正相关(r=0.64,P<0.01);随着疗效改善,血液中IL-8浓度显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);且与疗效呈正相关(r=0.51,P<0.01)。结论血液中IL-8浓度能反映哮喘气道炎症及疗效,对哮喘个体化治疗有参考价值。

Objective To observe the reference value of interleukin-8 expression in blood to individualized treatment of children with asthma. Methods The children with acute episode of bronchial asthma hospitalized from April 2015 to April 2016 were divided into routine group and observation group according to the double chromosphere random grouping method,with 60 cases each. The levels of interleukin-8 in blood were detected in different time,different degree of asthma,and curative effect. Results With the exacerbation of asthma,the concentration of IL-8 in blood significantly increased,with the difference statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 01）; the level of interleukin-8 in blood was positively correlated with the degree of asthma（ r = 0. 80,P 〈 0. 01）; there was statistical significance on the differences in the levels of interleu kin-8 at the first week,the second week,the fourth week and the eighth week between the 2 groups（ P 〈 0. 01）. In the observation group,the interleukin-8 concentration in the blood decreased significantly on the fourth week,with the differences statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）; and it decreased more obvious on the eighth week,with the difference statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 01）. It was positively correlated with the treatment time（ r = 0. 64,P 〈 0. 01）. With the improvement of the curative effect,the interleukin-8concentration in blood significantly decreased,with the differences statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 01）; and it was positively correlated with curative effect（ r = 0. 51,P 〈 0. 01）. Conclusion The concentration of interleukin-8 in blood can reflect airway inflammation and therapeutic effect of asthma,which has a certain reference value to guide the individualized treatment of asthma.
