2009年-2015年辽宁省锦州市流行性感冒监测分析

Analysis of influenza surveillance in Jinzhou,Liaoning during 2009-2015

目的了解锦州市流感流行病学特征,为流感防控提供参考依据。方法收集锦州市2009年-2015年流感样病例(ILI)监测数据和病原学检测数据,分析流感样病例就诊百分率、病毒分离率及流感各亚型的变化规律。结果2009年-2015年流感样病例就诊百分率及病毒分离率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);流感样病例就诊百分率与病毒分离率呈正相关(rs=0.967,P<0.05);锦州市流感样病例高发人群是≤14岁儿童。2009年-2015年共检出流感病毒阳性582份,病毒分离率为7.16%。2010年-2014年锦州市B型流感阳性数逐年降低,A型流感阳性数逐年增加;2013年-2015年新甲型H1阳性率逐年下降,季节性H3阳性率逐年上升。结论目前锦州市的优势流感毒株是季节性H3型,流感样病例就诊百分率的变化能够较好地反映当地流感病毒的活动情况。

Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of influenza in Jinzhou,so as to provide scientific evidence for the prevention and control of influenza. Methods Influenza like illness（ ILI） surveillance data and pathogen detection data were collected from Jinzhou during 2009-2015 for the analysis of proportion of ILI cases in outpatient visits,influenza virus isolation rate and change regularity of different subtypes. Results The difference between ILI% and the positive ratio of virus from 2009 to 2015 was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）; ILI% was positively correlative with the positive ratio of virus（ rs= 0. 967,P 〈 0. 05）; the high-risk groups of influenza in Jinzhou were infants and children ≤14; a total of 582 influenza positive viruses were detected,with the isolation rate of 7. 16%. In 2010-2014,the positive number of type B influenza decreased year by year,while the positive number of type A influenza increased year by year; and the positive rate of type H1N1 in 2013-2015 decreased year by year,while the positive rate of type H3 increased year by year. Conclusion At prevent type H3 is the dominant influenza virus in Jinzhou; ILI% can truly reflect the degree of local influenza activity.
