摘要
目的了解丽水地区围生期孕妇生殖道支原体属感染现状,分析支原体属耐药性的变化趋势。方法对丽水市中心医院2013年1月-2015年11月围生期28周~41周住院孕妇阴道分泌物标本进行支原体培养检测,并对常用的9种药物进行药敏分析。结果 750例送检标本中检测出支原体421株,总阳性率为56.13%。其中单纯解脲支原体(Uu)阳性307例,占72.9%;单纯人型支原体(Mh)阳性5例,占1.2%;Uu+Mh阳性109例,占25.9%。Uu+Mh混合感染对罗红霉素、阿奇霉素、克拉霉素耐药率较高,分别为96.33%、95.41%、93.58%,而对米诺环素和多西环素较为敏感,敏感率分别为81.65%、79.82%。单纯Uu感染对米诺环素和多西环素敏感率分别为97.07%和96.74%,对氧氟沙星耐药率为20.52%,其余均不超过20%。结论丽水市围生期孕妇生殖道中广泛存在支原体感染且对常用抗菌药物的耐药性已相当严重,应引起临床重视。
Objective To understand the status of mycoplasma infection in the genital tract of pregnant women in perinatal period in Lishui,and to analyze the trend of drug resistance. Methods Vaginal secretion samples from pregnant women within perinatal period of 28-41 weeks during January 2013-November 2015 in the Central Hospital of Lishui were conducted for mycoplasma culture detection and drug sensitivity analysis on 9 commonly used drugs. Results Among 750 cases of submitted samples,there were 421 strains of mycoplasma being detected. The total positive rate was 56. 13%. The research also showed 307 cases of ureaplasma urealyicum( Uu),109 cases of( Uu + Mh) positive,5 cases of mycoplasma hominis( Mh),accounting for72. 9%,25. 9% and 1. 2%,respectively. In addition,Uu + Mh in resistance rates of roxithromycin,azithromycin,clarithromycin were 96. 33%,95. 41%,93. 58%,and sensitivity rate of minocycline and doxycycline were 81. 65% and 79. 82%; the sensitive rate of simple Uu to minocycline and doxycycline were 97. 07%,96. 74%,respectively; the resistant rate to levofloxacin was 20. 52%,and the others were not more than 20%. Conclusion The mycoplasma infection in genital tract of perinatal pregnant women in Lishui region has become widespread. The drug resistance to ordinary antibiotics of genital mycoplasma is also severe,which should be paid more attention and clinical consideration.
