文化作为民族血脉,是人们共有的精神家园,是一个民族兴旺发达的精神力量之源。实现中国特色文化强国之梦是一项宏大的系统工程,需要一个长期的积累渐进过程。中国作为发展中的社会主义国家,在建设中国特色社会主义文化强国的历史征程中,必须统筹兼顾,协调共进。在建设文化强国大厦的时代工程中既要搞好顶层设计,科学谋划,又要注重积累,持之以恒。文化强国大厦必须立足于三大基石之上才能稳固久安,即用马克思主义理论为文化强国之梦提供科学理论基石,用优秀的民族传统文化为文化强国之梦奠定优秀民族传统基石,用丰厚的文化建设成就铸成文化强国的实践检验基石。

As the nation＇s blood,culture is not only the spiritual home of people,but also the powerful force of national prosperity.It is a great system engineering to real the dream of the Chinese characteristic culture power. It needs a long-term accumulation of gradual process. As a developing socialist country,China must keep a foothold on three major cornerstones,persist in overall consideration,coordinate development,plan scientifically,and pay attention to the accumulation and persistence. We must lay a solid foundation with the excellent national traditional culture and use the theory of Marxism to provide scientific guidance for the dream of cultural power,show good intentions with rich cultural achievements.
