网络风险事件中的集体行动研究

A Research on Collective Action in Risk Events on the Internet

风险事件中,集体的利益受到危害更容易引发"集体维权""集体抗议"等群体性事件。以互联网为媒介的集体行动表现出与传统集体行动不同的特点,风险事件的爆发是网络集体行动的逻辑起点,网络相对自由的环境和平台为公众提供了发泄不满情绪的空间。群体成员通过构建共同身份、集体造势等情感动员的方式聚集起来,以集体行动为抗争剧目,通过线上与线下结合的方式,影响网络舆论的走向以达成其行动的预设目标,并将该影响从网络延伸到现实,最终建构社会成员的集体记忆。

It seems to be more likely that group incident such as ＂ safeguarding legal rights＂ and ＂ addressing protest＂ would happen when the interests of collective have been damaged during risk events. There exist different peculiarities between Internet-mediated collective action and traditional collective action. The outburst of risk events is the beginning of on-net collective action and that being relatively free Internet provides a way for public to release their complaints. Members of collective gather together by the ways of emotional mobilization like building common identities and creating potential. By choosing the way of collective action to struggle and combining online services and offline services,they push the Internet public opinion to what they expected to be so that they can achieve the results they had targeted. And eventually,they extend the influence from the network to reality and build the collective memory for the social members.
