摘要
为研究大型采场合理底部结构的布置形式,通过对比分析确定采用堑沟式底部结构作为大型采场的最佳形式,同时根据技术经济分析,确定了长进路双采场底部结构为马坑铁矿大型采场的最优的堑沟型底部结构形式。实践应用表明,较传统的底部结构布置形式,长进路双采场底部结构节省了10%的总采切工程量,多回收了20%~30%的崩落矿量,具有较好的经济效益。
To study the arrangement form of reasonable bottom structure, the bottom of the trench structure was determined to be the optimal form in large-scale stope by comparative analysis. At the same time, from technical and eco- nomic comparison, the trench bottom structure with long route and double stope was selected as the best for Makeng Iron Mine. Practical application showed that compared with the traditional arrangement of bottom structure, the new bottom structure saved 10% of the total mining and cutting engineering quantities, and increased 20%~30% of the ore recovery, which achieved good economic benefits.
