广东某低品位金矿选矿优化试验研究 被引量:4

Experimental Research on Dressing Optimization of a Low-grade Gold Mine in Guangdong Province

摘要 针对广东某低品位金矿,在原有工艺的基础上进行实验室对比试验,采用单一浮选和浮选加尼尔森重选的方案进行综合评价。试验得到:单一浮选条件下细度在-0.075mm 84%时,闭路流程可获得产率2.22%,金品位63.30g/t,回收率88.31%的金精矿;尼尔森重选尾矿再磨至细度-0.075mm 68%时,浮选闭路试验可以获得产率1.95%,品位29.32g/t,回收率78.47%的浮选金精矿。此项试验表明,尼尔森重选+浮选为最优的选别方案。 According to a low-grade gold mine in Guangdong, contrast test was studied in laboratory based on the original process, and a single flotation as Well as the Nielsen gravity concentration combined flotation were adopted for comprehensive evaluation. Results were obtained as follows. Under the condition of single flotation, within the fineness scope of 0.075 mm 84%, gold concentrate with yield of 2.22%, gold grade of 63.30 g/t and recovery of 88.31% could be obtained in close circuit test. Grinding the tailings from Nielsen gravity concentration to the fineness of -0.075 mm 68%,gold concentrate with yield of 1.95%, grade of 29.32 g/t, and recovery of 78.47 % would be collected in flotation. As a result, the Nielsen gravity concentration combined flotation was the optimal scheme for this experiment.
