一种新型胶磷矿脂肪酸类捕收剂的改性与浮选性能研究 被引量:5

摘要 针对某中低品位胶磷矿的矿石性质,从全国各地收集了多种脂肪酸原料,进行了原料的皂化、改性、耐低温等对比试验,最终筛选出菜籽油脂肪酸作为正浮捕收剂原料。对其进行了不同表面活性剂的配比试验,复配出了一种浮选性能较优的正浮选捕收剂EM-C2。将其用作该矿正浮选捕收剂,采用正反浮选工艺,最终获得P_2O_5品位31.30%,回收率88.21%,MgO含量仅为0.62%的磷精矿指标。 According to the ore characteristics of a collophane ore with low P2O5 grade, several raw materials of fatty acid gathered from all over the country was contrasted in the saponification, the modification and the resistance to low temperature on the raw materials. At last, the rapeseed oil fatty acid was chose as the raw material of the floatation collector. After the collector contrast tests of the rapeseed oil fatty acid with different surfaetants, the collector EM-C2 was optimized as the direct flotation collector. The direct-reverse flotation beneficiation processing with EM-C2 as collector was put forward on the collophane ore, and the phosphorus concentrate with 31.30% grade and 88.21% P2O5 recovery was obtained. The MgO grade of the phosphorus concentrate was only 0.62%.
