摘要
为解决某矿山选矿厂粉尘浓度大的问题,分析对比了静电除尘器、袋式除尘器和湿式除尘器除尘性能的优缺点。最终,针对选厂的粗碎系统、皮带系统以及料仓系统分别优化设计了一套经济合理、技术可行、安全可靠的湿式除尘系统,并对降尘效果进行了实测。结果表明:综合除尘系统运行后,3个主要产尘系统处,粉尘量平均浓度由16.80mg·m^(-3)降至1.08mg·m^(-3),降尘效果明显,有效的解决了选厂粉尘浓度高的问题,取得了较好的粉尘清除效果。
To solve the problems of the dust with high density in a concentrator, the properties of electrostatic precipitator, bag filter, and wet scrubber were analyzed and contrasted. Ultimately, one set of economic and reasonable, technological and feasible, as well as safe and reliable wet dust removal system was optimized and designed for the crushing system, the belt system and the bin system. And the effects of reducing dust were measured in field. The result showed that after the comprehensive dust-removal system was running, the average density of dust decreased from 16.80 mg·m^-3 to 1.08 mg ·m^-3 in three main dust places, with obvious dust falling. This system effectively solved the dust with high density in this concentrator, and obtained good effect to remove dust.
