后囊连续环形撕囊术对外伤性白内障的应用效果

Efficacy of posterior continuous curvilinear capsulorhexis on traumatic cataract

目的探讨后囊连续环形撕囊术对外伤性白内障的应用效果。方法选择2014年3月至2015年2月外伤性白内障患者54例（54眼），随机分为两组，每组27例。对照组采用常规白内障摘出及人工晶状体植入术．治疗组采用白内障摘出联合后囊环形撕囊及人工晶体植入术。观察两组治疗效果。结果治疗后3个月，对照组视力〉0．5者17眼（62．96％），治疗组视力〉0．5者21眼（77．78％），治疗组视力改善优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论外伤性白内障采用后囊连续环形撕囊术能提高治疗效果，减少术后并发症。

Objective To investigate capsulorhexiso traumatic cataract. Methods From application effect of posterior continuous curvilinear March 2014 to February 2015, 54 patients（54 eyes） with traumatic cataract were selected, and were randomly divided into two groups with 27 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation knot, while the treatment group was given cataract extraction with posterior continuous curvilinear capsu- lorhexis and intraocular lens implantation. The effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment for 3 months, 17 eyes （62.96%） with vision 〉0.5 in the control group, 21 eyes eyesight （77.78%） with vision 〉0.5 in the treatment group, the vision improvement in the treatment group was better than that in the control group, the difference was significant （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusions Capsule after traumatic cataract with continuous circular capsulorhexis technique can improve therapeutic effect, and can reduce complications after surgery.
