经皮椎体成形术联合中医辨证治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的临床效果

Efficacy of percutaneous vertebroplasty combined with TCM syndtome differentiation in the treament of osteoporotic vertebral compressive fracture

目的探讨骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折应用经皮椎体成形术与中医辩证治疗的效果。 方法抽取2013年1月至2015年2月骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者80例，随机分为两组，每组40例。对照组采用经皮椎体成形术，观察组行经皮椎体成形术及中医辨证治疗。比较两组治疗效果。 结果观察组总有效率为95.0%（38/40），对照组为87.5%（35/40），两组比较差异未见统计学意义（P〉0.05）。治疗后，观察组VAS评分（1.29±0.30）优于对照组（2.88±0.35），差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组治疗前后骨折椎体高度压缩率比较，差异未见统计学意义（P〉0.05）。 结论骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折采用经皮椎体成形术及中医辨证治疗，可降低患者术后痛感，恢复骨折椎体部分高度，值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of percutaneous vertebroplasty combined with traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） syndrome differntiation in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compressive fracture. Methods From January 2013 to February 2015, 80 patients with osteoporotic verte-bral compressive fracture were selected, and were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given percutaneous vertebroplasty, while the observation group was treated by TCM syndrome differentiation and percutaneous vertebroplasty. The effect of the two groups was com- pared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.0% （38/40）, and that in the control group was 87.5 % （ 35/40）, the difference was not significant （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. After treatment, VAS score of the observation group（ 1.29±0.30） was better than that of the control group（2.88±0.35 ）, the difference was significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The difference of compression ratio of fracture vertebral height be- tween the two groups pre-and post-opration was not significant （ P 〉0. 05）. Conclusions Percutaneous vertebroplasty combined with TCM syndrome differentiation in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compressive fracture can reduce postoperative patients with pain, and may restore vertebral body fracture sec- tion height, is worthy of popularization and application.
