某玻璃纤维湿法薄毡生产线职业病危害防护措施及关键控制点分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的识别湿法薄毡生产线职业病危害因素,并分析职业病危害防护措施的不足及确定关键控制点。方法通过职业卫生现场调查、现场检测检验法对本项目进行定性和定量评价。结果该生产装置生产过程中产生的主要职业病危害因素有粉尘、盐酸、甲醛、噪声、高温;甲醛检测合格率60%,其中粘结剂循环罐工作地点检测浓度为4.63 mg/m^3,浸渍工作地点检测浓度为0.92 mg/m^3,均超过甲醛的接触限值(0.5 mg/m^3);其他危害因素检测符合职业接触限值要求。结论该生产线浸渍岗位的防护设施不全面,导致工作场所中的甲醛浓度超标,企业应对防护设施进行整改并及时防护检修。 Objective To identify the occupational hazard factors of a production line of a glass fiber wet mat,determine the shortage of the occupational disease prevention measures and the critical control point. Methods Through field investigation and field test method,qualitative and quantitative evaluation were achieved. Results The main occupational hazard factors from the production line were sulfuric acid,hydrochloric acid,formaldehyde,vinyl acetate,nitric oxide,nitrogen dioxide,carbonic oxide. The qualified rate of formaldehyde was 60%,The concentration of binder circulating tank was4. 63 mg / m3,and the concentration of the impregnation was 0. 92%,which exceeded the limit value of formaldehyde,other risk factors were in line with in line with the occupational exposure limit. the others was 100%. Conclusion The protective facilities of dipping post are insufficient,the workers should often maintain the protective facilities and strengthen the ventilation to ensure the normal operation of the devices.
