摘要
目的对大庆油田某金属防腐厂技术改造项目生产过程中产生的职业病危害因素危害程度及控制效果进行评价。方法根据卫生学调查和现场检测结果,依据相关标准和规范对该企业技术改造项目职业病危害控制效果进行评价。结果该项目生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素短时间接触浓度苯<0.6 mg/m^3,甲苯3.4~13.8mg/m^3,二甲苯5.8~26.2 mg/m^3;时间加权平均浓度苯<0.6 mg/m^3,甲苯1.6~6.5 mg/m^3,二甲苯2.9~10.2 mg/m^3,丁醇4.8~14.7 mg/m^3;均符合国家卫生标准。结论该项目生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素符合国家职业卫生标准限值的要求,产生的职业病危害因素是可防可控的,所采取的职业病防护措施有效。
Objective To evaluate the hazard degree and control effect of occupational hazards in the process of production of a metal corrosion protection factory in Daqing oil field. Methods According to the results of hygiene investigation , field test and the relevant standards and norms , the control effect of enterprise technical innovation project of occupational dis- ease hazard was evaluated. Results The project production process in the presence of oeeupational disease risk factors short contact concentration of benzene was 〈0. 6 mg/m3 , toluene was 3.4 - 13.8 mg/m3 ,xylene was 5.8 -26. 2 mg/m3 , time weighted average concentration of benzene was 〈0. 6 mg/m3 , toluene was 1.6 -6. 5 mg/m3 , xylene was 2. 9 - 10. 2 mg/m3 ,butanol was 4. 8 - 14. 7 mg/m3 , were accordance with national health standards. Conclusion The occupational hazard factors in the project are accordance with the requirements of the national occupational health standard, the occupa- tional disease risk factors are controllable, and the occupational disease prevention measures are effective.
