通化县公共场所中央空调军团菌污染状况调查及其耐药基因检测

Investigation on contamination and drug resistant gene detection of Legionella from public central air-conditioning systems in Tonghua

摘要 目的通过研究吉林省通化县公共场所中央空调系统军团菌污染情况,为公共场所空气传播疾病监控技术的研究提供依据。方法随机抽取通化县部分公共场所中央空调的冷凝水进行军团菌分离鉴定和耐药基因检测。结果在37份中央空调冷凝水中检出嗜肺军团菌(Lp)8株。其中6株军团菌Lp1型,2株Lp5型;检出率为21.6%(8/37)。设计的8种耐药基因有6种被检出,分别是:bla_(TEM),bla_(SHV),bla_(CTX-M group1),bla_(CTX-M-2),bla_(CTX-M group9),aac(6)-ib-cr。结论通化县公共场所中央空调冷凝水存在军团菌,且分离到军团菌存在潜在的耐药性,应该引起有关部门高度重视。 Objective To study Legionella pollution situation of central air conditioning system in Tonghua,provide the reference for the research of airborne disease monitoring technology. Methods The condensation water of the central air conditioning in some public places in Tonghua county was randomly selected to isolate and identify the strains and drug resistance gene detection. Results 8 strains of Lp were detected in 37 samples of condensed water from central air conditioning,including 6 strains of Lp1 type,2 strains of Lp5,and the detection rate was 21. 6%( 8 /37). Six of 8 primers of resistant genes were found: bla_(TEM),bla_(SHV),bla_(CTX-M group1),bla_(CTX- M- 2),bla_(CTX- M group9),aac( 6)- ib- cr. Conclusion Legionella exists in central air- conditioning condensate of public in Tonghua,and the isolates potential exists resistance,it should be highly valued by the relevant departments.
