摘要 利用数值模拟的方法,模拟了气液逆流接触洗涤器内两相流场并进行了实验验证,主要分析了洗涤器内两相速度,气含率等参数。结果表明,气液撞击区域内气液两相切向速度较大,且此区域内气相分布均匀,气含率在0.80-0.90。撞击区相间相对速度很大,为传递提供了极佳的条件,此区域为有效传质区,可用气含率表征。"有效传质区"占整个流场的比例随气液质量流量比的增大呈先增大后减小的趋势,在0.375左右达到峰值;且其随着进液轴-切质量流量比的增大,先增大后减小,在0.66左右达到峰值。 The two-phase flow field in the scrubber of gas-liquid countercurrent flow is simulated by numerical simulation method and validated by the experiments. The velocities of two phases and the gas rate,etc in the scrubber are analyzed. The results show that the tangential velocity of the two phases is fast and changes rapidly,and the gas within the impact area is uniformly distributed,the gas volume fraction is from 0. 80 to 0. 90. The high intensity of turbulence and large relative velocity between two phases in the gas-liquid impact area provides excellent transfer conditions. This area is defined as effective mass transfer area and characterized by gas volume fraction. The volume fraction of the effective mass transfer area in the total flow field first increases with the increase of gas/liquid mass flow rate and then decreases,peaking around 0. 375. The effective mass transfer area first increases and the decreases with the increase of the axial and tangential liquid mass flow ratio,peaking around 0. 66.
