摘要
目前炼油企业大量低温余热未得到综合高效利用。中国石油化工股份有限公司某北方企业采取全厂低温余热系统优化,冬季利用过剩的低温余热取热采暖,夏季利用低温余热发电和制冷等技术对全厂低温余热进行了综合利用,实现了低温余热有效利用,在节能降耗的同时,还产生了附带效益。建议炼油企业首先从源头上降低工艺用能,优化工艺装置换热流程,尽量减少低温余热量;其次,结合实际,采用合理价格体系,论证经济合理的低温热回收利用方案。
Nowadays a large amount of low-temperature waste heat has not been efficiently utilized in petroleum refineries and petrochemical plants in China. In one of SINOPEC petroleum refineries in north China,the plant-wide low-temperature waste heat utilization is optimized. In winter,the excess low-temperature waste heat is used for heating civil facilities,and in summer,the low-temperature heat is utilized for electric power generation and refrigeration to have an integrated utilization of low-temperature waste heat. This has not only reduced the energy consumption but also improved the economic benefits. It is recommended that the petroleum refining enterprises should reduce the energy requirement at the very beginning of the process,optimize the heat exchange train of process units and minimize the production of low-temperature heat. In addition,a reasonable price system shall be applied to verify the economically feasible low-temperature waste heat recovery and utilization process.
