摘要
黄守瓜(Aulacophora indica)是多种蔬菜瓜果的重要害虫,延伸因子是参与蛋白合成过程中肽链延伸的蛋白因子,在生物体中发挥着非常重要的作用。本研究利用Prot Param、Target P、PSORT数据库、TM-HMM方法、CDD等软件对黄守瓜EF-1α基因部分序列进行了生物信息学研究,为日后更进一步的研究奠定了基础;同时用MEGA 5.0对其进行了序列同源性和分子进化分析,结果表明EF-1α基因可以作为进化的标记在叶甲科昆虫中使用。
Aulaco phora indica is one of the important pests of a variety of fruits and vegetables. EF-1α is a protein factor participating in the peptide chain extension in the process of protein synthesis, and plays a very important role in living organisms. In this study, EF-1α partial sequences in Aulacophora indica were analyzed by using Prot Param, Target P, PSORT date bank, TM-HMM, CDD. It can lay the foundations for the further research in the future. Sequence homology and molecular evolution analysis were done by MEGA version 5.0softwares. The results showed that EF-1α gene could be used as markers of evolution in chrysomelidae.
