植物B-box基因参与植物形态建成、花器官发育以及响应逆境胁迫过程中的多种生命活动的并具有重要作用,草莓是重要的经济果树作物,然而对草莓B-box家族了解较少。为了研究草莓B-box基因家族成员及其在花器官发育过程中的表达情况,本研究利用计算生物学的方法从全基因组水平鉴定森林草莓(Fragaria vesca)B-box基因家族成员,并对家族成员的蛋白质特征、基因组分布、内含子个数以及基因表达进行分析。结果表明,森林草莓中至少存在21个B-box基因家族成员,分布在6条染色体上,基因内含子个数1~5个。基于蛋白质模体组成与蛋白质序列的分析将整个家族分为五个亚家族。14个基因家族成员以5种表达模式参与雄蕊器官发育进程。研究结果表明:草莓B-box基因家族的5个亚家族经过模体复制和删除事件进化而来,并参与花器官发育过程。试验结果将为在草莓中进一步研究该基因家族成员功能提供参考。
Plant B-box genes play significant roles in various physiologically processes during plant morphogenesis,flower development, and responses to stresses. The strawberry is an economically important fruit plant. However,the understanding of B-box gene family in strawberry is scarce. To explore the members of B-box family in strawberry and the gene expression during development of floral organ, we identified the members of B-box gene family in woodland strawberry(Fragariavesca) at genome-wide level through bioinformatics method, and the protein properties, genome locations, number of introns, and gene expression of gene family members were also analyzed.There were at least 21 members of B-box gene family in woodland strawberry. The corresponding gene loci were localized at 6 Chromosomes unevenly and contained 1~5 introns. Gene family members were divided into 5groups according to the protein motif and protein sequence analysis. Fourteen genes and 5 expression patterns participated in anther development process. These results indicated that 5 groups of B-box gene family in strawberry were derived from motif replication and deletion events during evolution, and B-box gene family involve in development of floral organ. This result might provide useful information for further function analysis of B-box genes in strawberry.
