摘要
冈香1A是一个优质香型的抗稻瘟病不育系,目前已成功应用冈香1A组配出抗稻瘟病品种冈香707。为了研究冈香1A中存在的稻瘟病抗性基因,本研究利用7个抗稻瘟病基因Pib,Pi-d2,Pi-d3,Pik-m,Pi-ta,Pi5,Piz的特异分子标记引物对冈香1A的15个单株进行PCR鉴定。结果表明,冈香1A的15个单株中均含有抗稻瘟病基因Pi-d2,Pi-d3,Pik-m,Piz。研究结果初步鉴定出不育系冈香1A中存在的稻瘟病抗性基因,这为冈香1A在稻瘟病抗病育种中的应用奠定了遗传基础。
Gang Xiang 1A is an elite aromatic sterile line resistance to blast, and has been successfully applied to breed a blast resistant variety Gangxiang 707 at present. To investigate the blast resistant gene existing in sterile line Gang Xiang 1A, fifteen plants of Gang Xiang 1A were detected by PCR with the specific molecular primers of seven blast resistant genes. The results showed that the fifteen plants of Gangxiang 1A both contained four blast resistance genes Pi-d2, Pi-d3, Pik-m and Piz. The study preliminarily identified out the blast resistance genes existing in sterile line Gangxiang 1A,which lays the genetic foundation for the application of Gang Xiang 1A in blast resistance breeding.
