小麦EST-SSR标记在偃麦草中的通用性分析 被引量:6

摘要 偃麦草由于抗性较强、营养价值高,被认为是一种极具开发价值的优良草种资源。为筛选有效的微卫星分子标记本研究以47份新疆野生偃麦草为材料,对91对小麦EST-SSR引物的通用性进行研究。结果显示小麦EST-SSR引物在偃麦草中通用性和多态性分别为87.91%和46.25%。通过多态性引物对47份偃麦草进行遗传多样性分析,多态信息含量(PIC)为0.46~0.93。聚类分析表明,在遗传相似系数为0.635处,可将47份材料分为两大类。这些引物为偃麦草遗传学的深入研究提供帮助。 Elytrigia repens is considered as an excellent turfgrass because of its strong resistance and high nutritional value. In order to screen the effective microsatellite molecular markers prior to the relevant genetic analysis for Elytrigia repens, we studied the transferability of 91 wheat EST-SSR primer pairs using the accessions from 47 species of Elytrigia repens. Results indicated that the transferability and polymorphism for wheat EST-SSR primers in Elytrigia repens were 87.91% and 46.25% respectively. EST-SSR primers of polymorphic were used to analysis genetic diversity of 47 Elytrigia samples, and the results showed that the polymorphic information content(PIC) was in the range of 0.46 ~ 0.93. The clustering analysis indicated that 47 cultivars of Elytrigia repens were clustered into two groups based on 0.635 of GS. The polymorphic EST-SSR primers could be helpful for further investigation on genetics of Elytrigia repens.
