摘要
目的分析人工心脏起搏治疗缓慢性心律失常的临床疗效。方法随机选取我院2013年1月至2016年1月80例采用人工心脏起搏器治疗缓慢性心律失常的患者,所有患者1年期间定期进行随访程控,总结所有患者1年后的临床疗效以及并发症的发生情况。结果 80例患者均手术成功,有2例患者出现心室电极脱位,有1例患者出现心房电极脱位,有2例患者术后1小时候发现囊袋血肿,采用第二次手术彻底止血。随访发现有1例患者出现起搏器突然失效,有13例患者出现起搏器心动过速,均经起搏器自动识别后终止。且患者出后心房、心室电极导线阈值、阻抗、感知敏感度变化较小。结论对缓慢性心律失常的患者进行人工心脏起搏治疗,可以有效控制患者由于心律失常导致的头晕、心悸等情况的发生,对提高患者的生活质量具有着极其重要的临床价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of artificial cardiac pacing in the treatment of bradyarrhythmia. Methods A total of 80 patients with bradyarrhythmia who underwent the treatment with artificial cardiac pacemaker in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2016 were enrolled. All the patients were followed up regularly within 1 year, and the clinical outcome and complications after 1 year were summarized. Results All patients underwent a successful surgery. Of all patients, 2 experienced ventricular electrode dislocation, 1 experienced atrial electrode dislocation, and 2 experienced pocket hematoma at 1 hour after surgery and underwent a second surgery for thorough hemostasis. Follow-up showed that 1 patient experienced a sudden failure of pacemaker, and 13 experienced pacemaker-mediated tachycardia which was automatically identified and stopped by the pacemaker. There were slight changes in atrial and ventricular electrode threshold, impedance, and sensing sensitivity. Conclusion Artificial cardiac pacing for patients with bradyarrhythmia can effectively control the symptoms of dizziness and palpitation caused by arrhythmia and has an important clinical value in improving patients' quality of life.
