摘要
本文介绍一种基于单片机和科大讯飞TTS语音模块的旋转式粘度测量装置。自由旋转式测量机构将被测流体的粘度转换成便于准确测量的转子角位移,进而获得粘度;内置的温度传感器测出当前温度,并对其进行温度补偿。最后通过液晶显示器(LCD)及TTS语音模块显示并播报当前粘度测量结果。文中详细讨论了该测量方法的基本工作原理,给出了系统的详细硬件设计方案及主要软件流程图,可供同类测量装置的设计及应用借鉴。
A free revolving viscometer based on single chip microcomputer and Iflytek TTS voice module is presented here. Firstly, the measure mechanism of the free revolving viscometer transformed the fluid viscosity to angle displacement, which could be detected more easily, then, the viscosity was obtained. Secondly, the built-in temperature sensors measured the current temperature, in order to realize the temperature compensation. Finally, the viscosity measurement results was displayed and broadcasted by LCD and TTS module. In this paper, the basic principle of the measurement method is discussed in detail. The system' s hardware scheme and software flow chart are also given. Thus, it can provide reference for the design and application of similar measuring device.
