江津中渡长江大桥隧道式锚碇预应力定位支架分段整体滑移入洞施工技术

摘要 江津中渡长江大桥主桥为主跨600m的双索面悬索桥,北岸隧道锚锚塞体长度为60m,为国内最长锚塞体隧道锚。针对此项目的实际情况,隧道锚预应力定位支架的施工在国内首次采用将预应力定位支架先在洞外平整拼装平台进行片架单元加工制作焊接成节段,并利用事先在隧洞底板预埋的滑移轨道将定位支架分段整体滑移入洞就位的施工工艺,取得了显著成功,具有良好的经济效益及社会效益。主要介绍悬索桥隧道锚预应力锚固系统定位支架分节段整体滑移入洞就位施工技术及其优越性,是一种应用前景广阔并值得推广的施工方法。 Jiangjin Zhongdu Yangtze River Bridge is a double-sided suspension bridge with the main span of 600 meters. Tunnel anchorage plug body of the north shore length is 60 meters,which is the longest tunnel anchorage at home. According to the actual situation of the project,the construction of prestressed positioning support for tunnel anchorage is firstly made in China,it uses the assembly platform to weld it into segments and the pre-embedded tunnel slide track positioning support is used to make the entire subslip into the hole in place and it has achieved remarkable success. It has good economic and social benefits. This paper mainly introduces the construction technology and superiority of the sub-segment integral sliding in-hole of the tunnel anchorage system. It is a kind of construction method which has broad application prospect and is worth popularizing.
