海中风浪深水区青龙湾大桥少支点支架施工技术 被引量:4

摘要 青龙湾跨海大桥项目工程需要提前竣工,在主跨已经悬浇6个号段后,剩余号段采用现浇施工以加快施工进度,主跨位于主航道,水深达20m,采用满堂支架现浇施工不现实,因此项目考虑采用少支点支架施工方法,即支架基础采用钢管桩基础,上层铺设贝雷片、工字钢等作为碗扣式支架基础,上铺设碗扣支架,在进行少支点支架设计及施工过程中,需要考虑克服施工海域存在潮水位变化大、水流急、大风、冰凌、浪高等不利因素影响的技术难题。 The construction of Qinglong Bay Bridge project needs to finish in advance,after the six segments are poured in main span,the other segments are poured at the field to speed up the progress of construction. For the main span is located in the main channel,water depth up to 20 m,the full supports cast-in-place construction is difficult,the less points supports construction method,namely support foundation using steel pipe piles, the upper laying bailey, I-steel, etc as a bowl buckle scaffold foundation,and the bowl buckle scaffold is paved on it. In the design and construction process of the less points supports,we need consider the measures to overcome the difficulties of the construction area with large water level change tidal,rapid flow,wind,ice,waves of higher unfavorable factors.
