薄壁墩钢筋安装技术研究

Research on Installation Technology of Steel Bars in Thin-walled Pier

结合鹤大高速公路桥梁薄壁墩钢筋安装工程实例,在分析常规施工方法不足的基础上,提出了一种利用自制吊具结合直螺纹套筒连接技术来进行墩身钢筋安装的新工艺方法。详细介绍了该新技术的原理及吊装工艺,实践证明,该技术能很好地解决常规施工方法中耗时、费工、安全隐患大等问题,做到了操作简单,施工便捷,提高了工程质量及安全,具有明显的社会效益和经济效益。

Combined with the thin-wall pier steel bars installation project of the expressway bridge from Hegang to Dalian,on the basis of analyzing the disadvantages of the conventional construction method,a new steel installation joint technique of self-made sling with parallel thread sleeve has been proposed. An detailed introduction of principles and the hoisting technology is done. Practice has proved that this technology can solve the troubles occurred in conventional construction such as time-consuming,high labor requirement,potential safety hazard and so forth which boasts advantages of simple operation,convenient construction,safer project and higher quality,highly benefiting both the society and economy.
