摘要
水稳路面基层质量控制与混合料的结构、性能及成型方法密切相关。室内通过对同一级配水稳混合料分别按振动击实法和重型振动法、振动法和静压法进行试验,对比分析了2套试验方法的物理性能、结构特点以及与施工现场试验检测结果。结果表明,室内标准试验方法采用振动压实法和振动法更符合模拟现场施工工艺,振动压实法和振动法更适合水稳混合料的配合比设计,以该方法确定的最大干密度、最佳含水量和7d无侧限抗压强度来控制现场施工质量更为合理。
The quality control of cement stabilized gravel pavement is closely related to the structure,property and forming method of the mixture. The same indoor mixture gradation of cement stabilized gravel is tested respectively by compacting method with weight and compacting method with vibrating,vibration method and compacting method with vibrating and static pressure method. The field test construction of the physical properties of two kinds of test methods,structural features,and the testing results are compared. The results show that the laboratory test method standard using vibration method and compacting method with vibrating are more suitable for simulation of site construction,the mix design of vibration method and compacting method with vibrating are more suitable for the cement stabilized gravel mixture. The maximum dry density,optimum moisture content and 7d compressive strength is more reasonable with the method of them.
