摘要
季冻区结构混凝土受冻融循环及冰盐腐蚀作用显著,大部分混凝土在投入运营2~3年后,表面会出现松散、脱落等破坏现象,严重影响外观质量及使用寿命。鹤大高速公路项目施工阶段,通过原材料控制、优化混凝土配合比设计、强化施工工艺措施,提高了结构物混凝土的外观质量,完善了季冻区结构混凝土外观质量控制工艺措施。
The effect freeze-thaw cycles and de-icing salt corrosion for structure concrete at season frozen zone is significant. After they have operated 2 ~ 3 years,most of the concrete surface will appear loose,fall off,such as damage phenomenon,that is seriously affecting the appearance quality and the service life. In the Hegang—Dalian expressway project construction stage, the control of raw materials,optimization of concrete mixture ratio design,strengthening construction technology measures are applied to improve the appearance quality of concrete structure,the process measures are perfected to control the structure concrete appearance quality at season frozen zone.
