番泻叶所致脾虚泄泻小鼠血常规的研究

Effects of Folium Sennae on Blood Routine in Rats with Diarrhea of Splenic Deficiency Type

目的研究番泻叶对脾虚泄泻小鼠血常规的影响,为临床选择性的用药提供依据。方法用番泻叶水煎剂灌胃小鼠建立脾虚泄泻模型,正常组小鼠灌胃等量无菌水,造模成功后眼球采血,用CA-500血液自动分析仪进行检测。结果脾虚泄泻小鼠血小板数量及血小板比积显著低于正常组(P<0.01),白细胞、红细胞和血红蛋白与正常组比较没有差异性(P>0.05)。结论番泻叶能降低小鼠的血小板数量,对其他血液指标没有影响。

Objective To study the effects of Folium Sennae in rats with diarrhea of splenic deficiency type, and provide the basis for clinical selective medication. Methods The model was established by Folium Senna decoction gavage, while the normal group was treated with equal amount of sterile water. The blood was collected and detected by CA - 500 blood analyzer after successful modeling. Results The number of platelets and plateletcrit in rat with diarrhea of splenic deficiency type were lower than those of normal group （ P 〈 0. 01 ） , while there was no difference between white blood cells, red blood cells and hemoglobin compared with normal group （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Folium Sennae can reduce the number of platelet in mice, and there is no effect on other blood parameters.
