针刺“内关”治疗妇科漏证的临床探析

Brief Introduction on the Use of Acupuncture at Point Neiguan(PC6) in Treatment of Profuse Uterine Bleeding

漏证是中医妇科常见疾病之一,针刺临床多选用肝经、脾经、肾经及任督二脉的穴位进行治疗,未涉及内关穴。而辩证论治才是中医诊治疾病的基本原则,临床时应全面收集病情,综合分析,随证灵活施治,才能取得更好疗效。笔者以气血辩证为基础,重视通因通用,活用内关,取得较好疗效。

The profuse uterine bleeding is a common gynecological disease that can be usually treated by the use of acupuncture at points of the liver channel, the Spleen channel, the Kidney channel and the Conception and Governor Vessels, never by the use of acupuncture at points Neiguan（PC6）. This article summarizes the author＇s clinical experience of diagnosis and treatment of profuse uterine bleeding.
