摘要
齿条是柴油机喷油泵中关键零件,与齿圈协调起到控制油量作用。齿条形状特殊,采用粉末冶金方法成形,其球头是后续车削加工成形。本文以喷油泵齿条球头的加工过程为核心,研究车削夹具方案,探讨其特点,设计出一种数控车床用夹具,在保证齿条精度的同时,降低生产成本,提高加工效率。
Rack is a key part of diesel engine fuel injection pump,which is coordinated with ring gear to control the oil quantity. Rack shape is special,it is formed by powder metallurgy methods and ball head of the rack is done subsequent machining. In this paper,processing of rack ball head of fuel pump as core,and turning jig research program were studied in order to reduce production costs and improve processing efficiency under the condition ensuring the accuracy of the rack.
