CNTs/TiO_2复合光催化剂的制备及其光催化降解性能

摘要 通过sol-gel法制备出CNTs/TiO_2复合光催化剂。分别使用X-射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、氮气吸脱附分析仪(BET)、差热-热重分析仪(TG-DTA)及红外吸收光谱仪(FT-IR)对CNTs/TiO_2复合光催化剂的晶型、热稳定性及其形貌进行表征。结果显示:在碳纳米管的管壁上负载有锐钛矿相TiO_2纳米颗粒,且CNTs/TiO_2复合光催化剂在紫外光波长范围有较好的吸收性能。在紫外灯照射下,以甲基橙溶液为目标降解物,CNTs/TiO_2复合光催化剂对目标溶液的降解有高的光催化活性,光照180min降解率高达92.6%. Carbon nanotube/TiO2 composit photocatalysts were prepared by sol-gel processes. The morphology, ther- mostability and crystal structure of CNTs/TiO2 composite photocatalysts were characterized using X-ray Diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), nitrogen adsorption-desorption techniques (BET), Therrno Gravimet- tie-Differential Thermal Analysis (TG-DTA) and Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FT-IR). The results showed that the outer tube wall of carbon nanotubes support on anatase phase TiO2 nanoparticles, and CNTs/TiO2 composite photocatalysts had good absorption performance in the ultraviolet wavelength range. Under the ultraviolet light irradiation, CNTs/TiO2 composite photocatalysts had higher photocatalytic activity by the degradation of methyl orange, and the degradation rate reached 92. 6% within 180min.
