螺内酯治疗充血性心力衰竭的临床观察

Clinical observation of spironolactone in the treatment of congestive heart failure

目的探讨螺内酯治疗充血性心力衰竭的临床效果。方法将我院2015年6月至2016年6月收治的充血性心力衰竭患者106例作为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,各53例。对照组患者给予常规抗心衰治疗,研究组患者在对照组治疗的基础上给予60 mg/d螺内酯进行治疗,观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗前两组患者各项指标比较均无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者SI、LVMAI没有发生明显变化,HR、PASP、LVEF、LVEDVI、LVESVI及BNP相较于治疗前都明显降低(P<0.05),其中治疗后LVEDVI、LVESVI及BNP指标水平组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论螺内酯治疗充血性心衰临床效果显著,副作用少,安全性高,价格低廉,可推广使用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of spironolactone in the treatment of congestive heart failure. Methods One hundred and six patients with congestive heart failure in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the research objects, and randomly divided into study group and control group, with 53 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional anti-heart failure therapy, and the study group received spironolactone 60 mg/d on the basis of the control group, the clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed. Results There was no significant difference of indicators in the two groups before treatment （P〉0.05）; after treatment, the SI and LVMAI of the two groups were not significantly changed （P〉0.05）, but HR, PASP, LVEF, LVEDVI, LVESVI and BNP were significantly lower than those before treatment （P〈0.05）, and the difference of LVEDVI, LVESVI and BNP between the two groups after treatment were significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Spironolactone has obvious effect in the treatment of congestive heart failure, with few side effect, higher safety and lower price, which can be widely used.
