中医整体护理对肛肠手术患者术后疼痛及负性情绪的影响

Effect of TCM holistic nursing on patients with anorectal postoperative pain and negative emotion

目的探讨中医整体护理对肛肠手术患者术后疼痛及负性情绪的影响。方法选取2015年10月至2016年4月于我院进行手术的肛肠疾病患者198例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各99例。对照组患者行常规护理,观察组患者在此基础上行中医整体护理。对两组患者术后疼痛程度、焦虑抑郁评分及生活质量进行观察与比较。结果观察组重度以上疼痛发生率(3.03%)明显低于对照组(23.23%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者干预前SAS评分及SDS评分均无显著差异(P>0.05),干预后观察组SAS评分及SDS评分均较干预前明显降低,且显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后观察组SF-36量表各维度得分均显著高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医整体护理对肛肠手术患者术后疼痛及负性情绪有很好的缓解作用,利于生活质量恢复,值得临床进行推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of TCM holistic nursing on patients with anorectal postoperative pain and negative emotion. Methods One hundred and ninety eight cases of patients with anorectal diseases were selected, all the patients were divided into observation group and control group, with 99 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing, while patients in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine holistic nursing on the basis of the control group. The degree of pain, anxiety and depression scores and quality of life of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The incidence rate of severe pain in the observation group （3.03%） was significantly lower than that in the control group （23.23%）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Before intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of two groups had no significant differences （P〉0.05）. After intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of two groups were lower than those before intervention, and the SAS and SDS scores of the observation groups were significantly lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The scores of SF-36 scale in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The TCM holistic nursing has very good remission for postoperative anorectal patients in postoperative pain and negative emotion. It is conducive to the quality of life recovery and worth clinical promotion.
