高血压性脑出血患者应用术后康复护理的临床效果

The clinical effect of postoperative rehabilitation nursing for patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

目的分析高血压性脑出血患者手术后康复护理的应用效果。方法选择2013年3月至2016年2月我院收治的高血压性脑出血手术患者80例为研究对象,分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。其中对照组患者采用常规护理措施,观察组患者在常规护理措施的基础上采用分期康复护理措施,观察比较两组患者的生活质量评分、神经功能缺陷评分和护理满意度。结果观察组患者的生活质量评分显著高于对照组,且神经功能缺陷评分显著低于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意率为97.50%(39/40),对照组患者的护理满意率为77.50%(31/40),观察组的护理满意率显著高于对照组,两组患者护理满意率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于高血压性脑出血患者予以手术后分期康复护理,有利于提升患者的生活质量,并有效缩短患者恢复时间,提高护理满意度,促进患者早日健康,具有重要的临床意义。

Objective To analyze the application effect of postoperative rehabilitation nursing for patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Eighty cases of patients who treated with hypertension cerebral hemorrhage surgery in our hospital from March 2013 to February 2016 were selected as the research objects. All the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing, while the observation group was given postoperative rehabilitation nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The quality of life scores, neurological deficit scores and nursing satisfaction rate of two groups were observed and compared. Results The quality of life scores in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the neuroloical deficit score of the observation group was lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.50% （39/40）, and the nursing satisfaction rate of the control group was 77.50% （31/40）, the nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The surgical staging rehabilitation nursing for patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage is conducive to the quality of life. It can effectively shorten the recovery time, improve the nursing satisfaction and promote the early recovery of patients. It has important clinical significance.
