基于ANSYS的WC-Co涂层对颚式破碎机齿板应力影响分析

摘要 针对PE 250×400颚式破碎机的齿板在使用中磨损严重的情况,提出在齿板齿面覆盖WCCo涂层的方法,来降低齿板磨损,延长齿板使用寿命.采用模糊随机理论将最大破碎力分解至各齿上以分析齿板受力状态,通过Pro/e软件对颚式破碎机齿板实体建立模型,利用ANSYS软件对齿板在不同厚度、不同涂层成分条件下的齿面应力进行分析,获得喷涂合适的厚度与喷涂材料,为今后颚式破碎机的研究与应用提供理论基础. In order to reduce wearing and prolong the service life of tooth plate, a method of the thermal spray coating covered on the tooth plate tooth was proposed in the view of the serious wearing of tooth plate PE 250*400 jaw crusher. The maximum crushing force was assigned to each tooth surface on the basis of the fuzzy stochastic theory, to analyze the stress on jaw crusher tooth plate by establishing a solid model of jaw crusher tooth plate via Pro/e software and implementing the finite element analysis of the stress distribution on tooth plate with ANSYS to obtain the best coating thickness and the coating materials, which provided a theoretical basis for the later experimental research of jaw crusher and its application.
