摘要
微型声学产品的可靠性问题一直是很重要也很值得关注的问题。随着微型声学产品的发展,各种新工艺的应用,微型声学产品的可靠性问题日益突出。如热可靠性、胶水剥落、引出线断线、焊点脱开等,尝试通过仿真和试验相结合的方法对这些问题进行描述分析。
The reliability of micro acoustic devices is a very important issue, and has become a worthy focus of concern. These problems become increasingly prominent following the development of micro acoustic devices and the application of many kinds of new crafts. It is tried to use the method of combination the simulation and experiment to analysis these problems, such as thermal reliability, glue joint strength, break of coil wire, weld fastness and so on.
