Research on capacitor discharge test of AV equipment under tropical condition

在音视频产品的安规测试和CCC认证过程中,出现了电容放电测试满足IEC标准,但不满足对应国标GB8898—2011的情况(修改采用IEC60065:2005)。详细分析了电容放电测试的原理以及热带气候条件对电容放电测试结果的影响并通过产品实例来阐述CCC认证过程中电容放电测试的重要性,防止电击危险,确保产品安全。

During safety test and CCC certification of AV equipment, several products meet IEC standard clause 9.1.6 but fail to meet counterpart of GB8898-2011 （MOD IEC60065：2005 ） is encountered, which is technically modified. Discharge of capacitor test in theory and the impact under tropical condition on test result is analyzed. Several examples are also shown to illustrate the importance of discharge of capacitor test in CCC certification to prevent electric shock and ensure product safety.
