新型氮杂杯[4]芳烃衍生物的合成

Synthesis of novel azacalix[4]arene derivatives

摘要 以对叔丁基杯[4]芳烃为原料,对其下沿的酚羟基进行化学修饰,通过取代、加氢脱苄基等反应合成了尚未见报道的新型氮杂杯[4]芳烃衍生物。其结构经1 HNMR,13 CNMR和HRMS(ESI)表征。 Using p-tert-butylcalix[4]arene as starting materials, a novel azacalix[4]arene derivates which have not been reported were synthesized by the chemical modification of phenol hydroxyl in the lower rim. Substitution reaction and hydrogenation-debenzylation were adopted to obtain the target compounds. The structure of these corn pounds were characterized by 1 HNMR, 13CNMR and HRMS(ESI).
