高效液相色谱法对丙戊酸钠缓释片含量的快速分析

The method of rapid analysis for the content of sodium valproate tablets by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)

采用色谱柱为安捷伦SB C18（5μm,150mm×4.6mm）,以乙腈-磷酸氢二钠（8mmol/L） （50∶50,V/V,pH=2.5）为流动相,检测波长为210nm,流速为1.2mL/min,柱温为30℃,进样量为20μL,建立一种快速稳定的测定丙戊酸钠缓释片含量的方法.结果表明,丙戊酸钠浓度在25～100μg/mL范围内线性关系良好（r=0.9999,n=6）,平均加标回收率为99.34％,日内及日间相对标准偏差（RSD）均＜3％.该方法具有操作简单,准确度高、重现性好的优点,可用于丙戊酸钠缓释片含量的分析监测.

The rapid and stable method to determine the content of sodium valproate tablets was established by using HPLC method conducted on Agilent SB C18 column（5μm, 150mm ×4.6mm）with the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-disodium hydrogen phosphate（Smmol/L）（50 ： 50, V/V, pH value）. The detection wavelength was at 210 nm and flow rate was set at 1.2 mL/min,and the column temperature was set at 30℃ and sample volume was 20μL. The results showed that there was a good linear relationship within the concentration range of 25- 1000μg/ mL of sodium valproate（r=0. 9999, n=6） with recovery of 99.34%. The relative standard deviation（RSD）of intra day and inter-day were less than 3%. The method is simple, accurate precision, reproducible, which can be used for concentration monitoring of sodium valproate tablets.
