摘要
目的调查三级甲等综合医院普外科护士对伤口-造口专科护士胜任资格的认同状况,为伤口-造口专科护士的培养和评价提供参考。方法 2015年11—12月,采用自制的伤口-造口专科护士任职资格问卷对160名普外科护士进行问卷调查,收集的数据进行Wilcoxon秩和检验及两独立样本t检验。结果调查对象普遍认为伤口-造口专科护士岗位所需的最佳学历为本科,最低工作年限为5年,最低职称为中级,最佳年龄段为30~40岁,胜任素质中各条目的平均分均应高于3.5分。伤口-造口专科护士和非伤口-造口专科护士对伤口-造口专科护士带动学科发展能力和管理能力方面的评分差异有显著性（t=5.55、3.51,P〈0.05）。结论取得学士学位、中级职称并具有5年及以上临床工作经验的年轻护士是伤口-造口专科护士较好的入选条件;伤口-造口专科护士应具有较全面的知识和专科技能及较强的综合能力。
Objective To investigate nurses＇ views on qualification of wound-ostomy specialist nurses in Department of General Surgery of a tertiary hospital and provide reference for training and evaluating this kind of professional nurses. Methods A self-made wound-stoma specialist nurse qualification questionnaire was used to survey 160 nurses in Department of General Surgery in November-December 2015.The collected data were analyzed using Wilcoxon rank sum test and two independent samples t-test. Results The respondents generally believed that a specialist nurse should meet the following criteria：a bachelor with minimum working age of five years,minimum title of intermediate,optimum age of 30-40 years,and average points of competence quality above 3.5.The differences in the scores concerning the ability of specialist nurses in driving scientific development and management ability among wound-ostomy specialist nurses and non-specialist nurses were significant（t=5.55,3.51;P〈0.05）.Conclusion A young nurse with a bachelor＇s degree,intermediate professional title with 5 years of clinical experience are better selected conditions for a wound-stoma specialist nurse,this kind specialis nurse should have a more comprehensive knowledge and skills as well as strong comprehensive ability.
