摘要
目的探讨精细化管理在三级综合医院医用耗材管理中的应用。方法针对目前许多三级综合医院在医用耗材管理方面存在的问题,提出相应的措施,应用精细化管理理念对医用耗材进行管理。结果经两个季度调控后,全院医用耗材费用占医疗总费用的百分比下降12.14%;通过实施末位淘汰制,提高了医用耗材供应商和医院医用耗材的整体质量。结论医用耗材精细化管理对于促进医用耗材管理更加科学有效、提高医用耗材管理水平均具有重要意义,是未来医用耗材管理的发展趋势。
Objective To assess the application of lean medical consumable management（LMCM）in tertiary general hospitals. Methods Aiming at the problems existing in the management of medical consumable materials in many tertiary general hospitals at present,corresponding measures were put forward and applying the idea of lean management to manage the materials. Results The percentage of medical consumable cost accounted for the total medical expenses down 12.14%after two quarters of regulation.Through the implementation of the elimination system,the overall quality of medical consumable suppliers and medical consumables improved. Conclusion The lean management of medical consumables is of great significance in promoting the management of the consumables more scientific and effective,and raising its management level,which is the future development trends in the consumable management.
