摘要
胆碱在瘤胃内大量降解,使得摄入胆碱极低,但是反刍动物尚能维持正常生长,说明反刍动物有着自身胆碱代谢及利用特点。近年来,围绕胆碱及其代谢物的研究逐渐增多,而关于反刍动物胆碱代谢的报道相对较少。文章围绕胆碱的消化、吸收、内源性合成、循环利用、在反刍动物生产中的应用效果以及对反刍动物甲基化调控进行综述,旨在为胆碱在反刍动物中的应用提供参考和借鉴。
Choline degraded in the rumen is rapidly and extensively, but ruminant could keep a normal live with low concentrate choline in diet for long periods, and express especially character about metabolism and utilization for the choline. Recently, the research about choline and its metabolites has gradually increased, but there are little reports about ruminant choline metabolism. This paper, focus on digestion, absorption, de novo synthesis, recycling, application effect in ruminant production and methylation regulation of ruminant, in order to provide reference for choline utilization.
