饮水型复合微生态制剂对肉仔鸡生产性能、血清生化指标及肠道菌群的影响 被引量:6

摘要 文章旨在探讨饮水中添加粪链球菌、屎肠球菌复合微生态制剂对AV500肉仔鸡生产性能、血清生化指标及肠道菌群的影响。试验组饮水中加入35mg/kg肠球菌复合微生态制剂;对照组饮用普通饮水。试验结果表明:1—21日龄、22-42日龄试验组肉仔鸡死淘率比对照组降低53.33%和61.49%(P〈0.05);21日龄肉仔鸡试验组脾脏指数、胸腺指数、法氏囊指数均显著高于对照组(P〈0.051,分别提高16.7%、44.4%、28.6%(P〈0.05);42日龄肉仔鸡试验组脾脏指数高于对照组33.3%fP〈0.05),胸腺指数、法氏囊指数与对照组差异不显著(P〉0.05)。试验组肉仔鸡盲肠、回肠肠道内肠球菌的数量均显著高于对照组(P〈0.05),21日龄和42日龄试验组和对照组肉仔鸡盲肠内大肠杆菌数量差异不显著(P〉0.05),试验组肉仔鸡回肠内大肠杆菌数量均低于对照组(P〈0.05);综上所述,饮水中添加肠球菌复合微生态制剂可以促进肉仔鸡的生长发育,改善肠道菌群结构,提高机体免疫力,降低死淘率。 This experiment was conducted to study the effect of that water was added Streptococcus faecalis, Enterococcus feces compound probiotics on AV500 broiler performance, biochemical markers and intestinal flora. Test group chickens drinking water was added 35 mg/kg enterococci compound probiotics; the control group of chickens to drink ordinary water. The results showed that: 1-21 days, 22-42 days of age the test group broilers dead amoy rate decreased 53.33% and 61.45% than the control group(P〈0.05); 42- day-old broilers test group spleen index higher than 30% (P〈0.05), thymus index, thymus index and the control group had no significant difference (P〉0.05). Test group broilers cecum, ileum internal intestinal enterococci number were significantly higher (P〈0.05), 1-day-old and 42-day-old experimen- tal group and control group, the number of intestinal E. coli back broilers no significant difference (P〉 0.05), test group broilers were lower than the number of E. coli of ileum thanin the control group (P〈 0.05). In summary, Enterococcus compound probiotics can promote the growth of broiler chickens, improve the intestinal microflora, improve immunity, reduce the death amoy rate,
