乳酸菌与纤维素分解菌混合菌剂对玉米青贮饲料发酵品质的影响 被引量:9

摘要 研究本科研组分离得到的高效乳酸菌和纤维素分解菌混合菌剂对玉米秸秆青贮饲料发酵品质的影响。实验中设计无微生物添加的对照组和分别以1%、2%、3%比例添加的乳酸菌和纤维素分解菌混合添加处理组进行青贮饲料的发酵实验,并检测其化学成分及有机酸含量。饲用高效乳酸菌与纤维素分解菌混合添加到青贮饲料可降低饲料p H值3.8以下。各个处理组乳酸、乙酸含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),乳酸含量比对照组平均提高了62.3%。粗蛋白(CP)含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),最高可达到15.86%,干物质含量(DM),中性洗涤纤维(NDF),酸性洗涤木质素(ADL),纤维素和半纤维素含量明显下降(P<0.05)。可以确定本研究所用乳酸菌、纤维素分解菌混合添加到玉米秸秆青贮饲料中可显著提高青贮饲料发酵品质和营养价值。 The objective of the experiment is research effects of mixed additive of Lactobacillus and cellulose decomposition bacteria on the quality of corn stover silage. Experimentation of ferment which was designed and controlled in groups of respectively by 1%, 2%, 3% adding proportions of lactic acid bacteria and cellulose decomposing bacteria, and detect its chemical composition and organic acids. Showed that forage efficiently mixed with cellulose decomposing bacteria added to the lactic acid bacteria silage can reduce feed pH below 3.8. Each treatment group of lactic acid, acetic acid content is significantly higher than control group (P〈0.05), lactic acid content increased than the control group on average by 62.3%. Content of crude protein (CP) is significantly higher than control group (P〈0.05), the highest can reach 15.86%, dry matter (DM)content and neutral detergent fiber (NDF), acid detergent lignin (ADL), cellulose and hemicellulose content decreased obviously (P〈0.05). Can determine the lactic acid bacteria, cellulose decomposing bacteria mixture is added to the corn stover silage can significantly improve the quality of silage fermentation and nutritive value.
