摘要
采用硝酸、氢氟酸、盐酸、高氯酸混合溶液分解试样,然后采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-AES)测量试样中铝、钙、锰、铬、钛、铜、磷、镍等元素含量.进行了试样分解、光谱干扰、共存元素干扰、内标元素选择等试验,对各分析条件进行了探讨.该方法各元素测量范围在0.005 %~3.00 %,经采用标准样品进行精度和准确度试验,得出该方法的测量精度和准确度均较好,满足硅铁中铝、钙、锰、铬、铜、镍、磷、钛的测量要求.
The samples were dissolved by the mixed acid of nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid, hydrochloric acid and percholoric acid, and then aluminum, calcium, manganese, chromium, titanium, copper, phosphorus, nickel contents in the solution were detected by ICP-AES.Some condition experiments were done, which include dissolution of samples, spectral interference, the interference of coexistence elements and selection of internal standard elements, and the analytic conditions were discussed.Measurement range of the method is 0.005 %~3.00 % for each element in ferrosilicon.Accuracy and precision experiments were carried out with the standard samples.Results show that the method has good accuracy and precision and meets the determination requirements of aluminum, calcium, manganese, chromium, titanium, copper, phosphorus, nickel in ferrosilicon.
