中国与东盟出口农产品竞争力的比较研究——基于技术含量和竞争态势视角

A Comparative Research on Competitiveness of Agricultural Products for Export between China and ASEAN— From the Perspective of Technical Content and Competition Situation

利用计量方法,从技术含量和竞争态势角度,对中国和东盟出口农产品竞争力进行了比较研究后发现:中国出口农产品的技术含量并未形成压倒性的优势地位,甚至与东盟个别国家相比,中国出口农产品的技术含量处于弱势地位;中国在高技术农产品出口比例方面具有显著的优势,在中高技术农产品出口比例方面略显弱势;中和低这两类技术的农产品出口比例凸显了中国、越南和泰国出口农产品技术结构已呈高端化状态,但从动态角度来看,存在一些隐忧;总体来看,中国与东盟出口农产品之间更多呈现出互补态势,但中国对东盟各国农产品出口造成了较大的竞争压力,而东盟对中国出口农产品造成的竞争压力十分有限。最后基于结论提出相应一些启示。

From the perspective of technical content and competition situa- tion, this paper makes a comparative research on competitiveness of agricultural products for export between China and ASEAN by the econometric method. The results show that the technical content of agricultural products for export in Chi- na doesn＇t have overwhelming superiority, and it is even in a vulnerable position compared with ASEAN individual countries. China has significant superiority in proportion of high technical agricultural products for export, and a little weak- ness in medium high technical agricultural products for export. The proportion of medium and low technical agricultural products for export shows that the technical structure of agricultural products for export in China, Vietnam and Thailand is in high level, but still has dynamic trouble. Generally, there is more comple- mentation in the relation of agricultural products for export between China and ASEAN, but China gives more pressure on ASEAN while ASEAN gives a little pressure on China. At last some enlightenments are given based on conclusions.
