摘要
基于门槛回归模型,以人力资本为门槛变量,实证分析了FDI对我国以发明专利、实用新型专利和外观设计专利为代表的不同层次自主创新的影响。研究表明:FDI对发明专利的影响存在人力资本双重门槛效应。在人力资本水平低于最低门槛值的省份,FDI会抑制发明专利的增加。在人力资本水平跨越第二个门槛值的省份,FDI对发明专利有正向影响;FDI对实用新型专利的影响存在人力资本单一门槛效应。在人力资本水平小于门槛值的省份,FDI对实用新型专利有负向影响。在人力资本水平大于门槛值的省份,FDI会拉动实用新型专利的增加;FDI对外观设计专利的影响存在单一人力资本门槛效应,FDI对人力资本水平低于门槛值省份外观设计专利授权数促进作用大于人力资本水平高于门槛值的省份。
Based on threshold regression model and taking human capital as threshold variable, this paper make an empirical analysis of the effect of FDI on invention patents, utility model patents and design patents. The study show that the effect of FDI on invention patents with double threshold effect of human cap- ital.In provinces with human capital less than the first threshold value, FDI will inhibit the increase of invention patents. In provinces with human capital higher than the second threshold value, FDI has positive effect on invention patents.The influence of FDI on utility model patents with a single threshold effect of hu- man capital.In provinces with human capital level below the threshold value,FDI has negative effect on utility model patents. In provinces with human capital level exceed the threshold value,FDI will increase the amount of utility model patents.The impact of FDI on design patents also with a single threshold effect of human capital, FDI has greater positive impact on design patents in provinces with low human capital than in provinces with high human capital.
