留学生在华就业对国际商务往来的促进作用探析

The Active Impact of Foreign Students' Employment in China on Chinese Business Exchange

随着来华留学规模的不断扩大,中国对外开放的持续深入,尤其是"一带一路"战略的实施,越来越多的来华留学生毕业后选择在华就业,缓解了国际商务发展与商务人才紧缺之间的矛盾。本文通过文献分析、访谈、问卷调查等方法分析了来华留学生在华就业对国际商务事业的促进作用,并就加强和优化在华留学生就业工作提出建议。来华留学生具有语言技能强、文化背景多元等优势,可促进国际商务发展,我国应通过适当放宽政策限制、深化校企合作、探索教学改革、加强就业指导等途径促进符合国际商务发展需求的优秀来华留学生在华就业。

This paper analyzes the active impact of foreign students＇ employment in China on Chinese international business exchange. In recent years, with China＇s open to the outside world, especially the implementation of ＂Belt and Road Initiatives＂, more and more foreign students work in China after their graduation, which benefited Chinese international business exchange. Based on analysis of data and questionnaire, this paper suggests some measures to facilitate the employment of foreign students in China. In order to use the advantages of for-eign students such as strong language ability and multicultural background, the au- thors suggested that we should moderately relax our policy restriction in this field, enhance cooperation between schools and enterprises, deepen our education reform and strengthen career guidance.
