口腔门诊儿童鼻部皮肤温度与就诊心理状态关系临床意义评价

Evaluation of the relationship between the nasal skin temperature and psychological state of children in pediatric dental clinic

目的 使用一种简易温度测定仪测定口腔门诊儿童鼻部皮肤温度,评价其与儿童心理状态变化之间关系的临床意义.方法 以2013年和2014年8月1-31日大连市口腔医院儿童口腔科门诊6～9岁儿童98名为研究对象.使用专业化牙齿清洁技术（PMTC）刺激儿童产生心理不安,使用状态-特质焦虑问卷（STAI）评价其心理状态的变化.设定牙科诊室为实验环境,测定所有被检查者的鼻部皮肤温度,比较PMTC操作前后的温度变化.结果 PMTC操作后鼻部皮肤温度低于操作前（P＜0.05）,PMTC操作后的心理状态水平升高（P＜0.05）.结论 测量鼻部皮肤温度可以客观反映口腔门诊儿童心理状态的变化.

Objective To evaluate the change of psychological state in children by using a simple temperature measure- ment machine to measure the temperature of nasal skin. Methods This study included 80 children aged 6 - 9 year old who received PMTC treatment as a stressor before and after. STAI questionnaire was used to evaluate the psychological state. A dental clinical environment was set as the research background and the temperature of the nasal skin of all subjects was measured, then compare the change of temperature before and after accepting PMTC treatment. Results The nasal skin temperature was lower after PMTC treatment than before （P 〈 0.05） ;the psychological state increased after PMTC treatment （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The psychological state of children in dental clinic can be reflected by the nasal skin temperature.
